I work as a Kinesiologist and Medic in Alberta since May 2020. Prior to that time I lived and worked in Burnaby and around the lower mainland with many clients for rehabilitation, fitness and body composition (nutrition planning), and sport development/S&C for development and elite athletes. From 2004 to 2011 I was a personal trainer, strength coach, and university educator in Calgary and Toronto. I specialize in movement, alignment, and strength for adults and youth.
