I have a BSc. Kinesiology degree from Simon Fraser University, and I have taken extra coursework in disability and rehabilitation management (a diploma in Rehabilitation and Disability Management at SFU and Workplace Health Sciences courses with Pacific Coast University).
I also have personal training experience and a competitive track and field background. These sets of experiences allow me to both provide support to and challenge my clients where appropriate.
I'm currently completing a Master Of Psychology Degree in Health and Wellness at Adler University while also working.
