Erica received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from the University of Alberta. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) recognized by the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and and is a member of the BC Associations of Kinesiologists (BCAK). She is passionate about encouraging positive mental and physical health to her clients. Erica coaches rock climbing in Prince George and enjoys spending her leisure time outdoors.
