I am a graduate from the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) with a Bachlor’s of Kinesiology with a specialization in exercise science. I am Precision Nutrition, PN1nutrition coach. I played Major Junior and Junior A in the Western Hockey League (WHL) and British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) before attending UFV. I currently am a high level goal keeper in field hockey. I enjoy talking and watching all sports while also enjoying time outside with my dogs
