Breanne graduated from the University of British Columbia Okanagan in 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Kinetics, where she developed a strong interest in concussion management, health behaviour change, and human psychology. Breanne has gained experience working with injury rehabilitation, work-related injuries, performing jobsite visits and return to work planning, and exercise prescription for strength and conditioning.
Breanne has been pursuant in her knowledge of concussion rehabilitation, exercise management, client centered care.
Breanne has now also obtained a diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy through the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. This additional training has allowed for further insight to holistic whole body alignment and the ability to pair this knowledge when integrating exercises for clients.
