I am fully committed to finding enjoyable and sustainable ways for each of my clients to begin or continue on their lifelong journey of self-improvement and health maintenance through exercise. With the right resistance training and movement habits, I believe everyone—regardless of their age, current fitness, or prior experience—can develop a sound understanding and practice of creating resilience in both body and mind. My ultimate goal is to leave each of my clients with enough tools and insights to one day become self-sufficient and self-directed in their planning and execution of fitness goals.
