Originally from Kamloops, I moved to Kelowna to pursue my Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree at UBC Okanagan. After completing my practicum placement at Kelowna Kinesiology I graduated from my degree specializing in clinical exercise physiology. I enjoy all the different aspects kinesiology provides and am excited to implement my knowledge to help people improve their overall health and wellbeing! When not working I enjoy taking advantage of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, swimming, and hiking. I have a diverse sports background including provincial level Rugby.
