Ashly Hill

Pain rarely stays in one place, and Ashly Hill knows it firsthand. A Kinesiologist and Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, Ashly has spent more than two decades helping people move, heal, and feel at home in their bodies again, starting as a personal trainer in 2001 and growing into movement rehabilitation and manual therapy.

She holds a Diploma in Sports Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Psychology, and completed five years of Manual Osteopathy training. That training included volunteer clinical work with Osteopathy Without Borders in Peru, where, with no shared language, she learned to listen entirely through her hands.

Ashly’s Functional Manual Therapy combines the structural precision of osteopathic principles with the movement insight of kinesiology. Her care follows a bio-psycho-social model, looking at each client’s history, lifestyle, and nervous system, not just their symptoms. She has a particular interest in chronic pain, concussion recovery, postural issues, and physical symptoms rooted in past injury or trauma.
