I completed my Bachelor's in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University before pursuing my Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University in Australia. With clinical experience spanning private MSK practices, day rehabilitation, and a range of orthopaedic and neurological presentations, I bring a well-rounded foundation to every client I work with. I am also currently preparing for the Canadian Physiotherapy Examinations and will be transitioning into a physiotherapy role upon licensure.
My approach is straightforward: movement is medicine. I build individualized, progressive programs that get to the root cause of your condition and empower you to take an active role in your recovery. I have experience working with ICBC clients, post-surgical populations, and clients across a wide range of rehabilitation and fitness goals. I am also fluent in English and Mandarin, and am working on my Spanish.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy tennis, running, getting out into the BC outdoors, and regular trips to the gym. When I'm not moving, I'm usually working through my Spanish lessons or hunting down a good spot to read on a sunny beach day. I look forward to helping you get back to doing what you love.
