She earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia in 2025, specializing in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences. Her education, paired with hands-on experience, allows her to take a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to every patient she works with.
Sarah is particularly passionate about supporting individuals recovering from surgery and injury, as well as athletes striving to optimize performance. She focuses on assessing movement patterns, identifying limitations, and creating personalized exercise programs that build strength, improve function, and enhance long-term resilience. Her goal is to help patients move with confidence while achieving meaningful and sustainable results.
Clinically, Sarah has a special interest in sports-related injuries, rehabilitation, and neuromuscular conditions. She is dedicated to guiding clients through recovery and performance journeys with clarity, encouragement, and precision.
Outside of her professional work, Sarah has a love for adventure—whether that means climbing outdoors in Squamish or exploring new places around the world.
