Approach:
My approach to care is rooted in client-centred practice, evidence-based rehabilitation, and individualized treatment planning. I believe every client's experience, goals, and barriers are unique, so my treatment philosophy emphasizes collaboration, education, and autonomy, ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their rehabilitation. By taking time to understand each individual's lifestyle, values, and comfort level, I develop plans that are realistic, adaptable, and tailored to the individual. My clinical process combines current evidence, clinical reasoning, and patient feedback to guide decision-making and optimize outcomes — always with safety, long-term function, and sustainable progress at the forefront.
Expertise:
My areas of expertise include group and individualized strength and conditioning for athletes, general fitness and performance training, acute and chronic pain recovery, and exercise-based care for special populations. I have experience developing individualized exercise programs, supervising rehabilitation and strength training sessions, and supporting clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and functional concerns. My background in fast-paced clinical environments has strengthened my ability to adapt programming for athletes, active individuals, injury rehabilitation clients, and those managing chronic conditions.
Off the Clock:
Outside the clinic, I compete in volleyball, train for strength and performance three times per week, and I enjoy long walks with my dog along local trails and Ambleside Beach. I also channel a strong passion for movement and storytelling into filming and editing videos.
