My passion for kinesiology comes from both my athletic background and my clinical experience. As a former U SPORTS volleyball player, I developed an appreciation for movement, performance, injury prevention, and the rehabilitation process. Those experiences continue to influence the way I work with clients today.
I completed my Bachelor of Human Kinetics at Trinity Western University, where I gained a strong foundation in exercise science, biomechanics, and evidence-informed rehabilitation. During my clinical training, I completed over 100 hours at a physiotherapy clinic under the supervision of a Registered Kinesiologist, working with individuals recovering from a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
Since April 2026, I have been practicing in an interdisciplinary chiropractic clinic, where I work closely with chiropractors to assess movement, prescribe individualized exercise programs, and help clients return to the activities that matter most to them. I enjoy working with people of all ages and activity levels, whether they're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, improving mobility, or building strength and confidence through exercise.
My approach emphasizes education, collaboration, and progressive exercise prescription. I believe every rehabilitation program should be tailored to the individual, with practical strategies that fit their goals, lifestyle, and stage of recovery. My goal is to help clients not only recover from injury but also develop the strength and resilience to stay active for years to come.
