I have the privilege to become one of the first Kinesiologists that has begun work within the public healthcare team, working at Royal Inland Hospital on the Rehabilitation and Outpatient units. Currently focusing on acute rehab to allow patients to be safe to return home. I joined the Public Healthcare system with 5 years of experience working in Private Sector, specializing in orthopedic injury, chronic pain and chronic disease rehabilitation.

I was born and raised in Kamloops and finished my Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBCO. I spend my time exploring outdoors , I especially love camping, hiking, and canoeing, and trying new ways to move my body. I love working within a multidisciplinary team and educating patients on their movement abilities. The best feeling for me is when my patients have those “aha” moments with their rehabilitation.
