My love of fitness began 25 years ago with martial arts. I learned a variety of styles like kick boxing, pankration and ju-jitsu, and eventually obtained my black belt in Tae Kwon Do at the age of 11.
Through my training and conditioning for martial arts is where I discovered the gym and my passion for health and wellness.
Over the years I have worked for a variety of fitness companies, gaining a vast experience in training all fitness levels. After obtaining my degree in Human Kinetics at UBC, I decided to start my own business as a personal trainer and have never looked back.
My passion is to empower and inspire you to achieve and maintain a fit body that works with your lifestyle.
I can assess your fitness level and establish a progressive program that can help you see results in under 4 weeks.
My exercise programs are dynamic with modalities including cardio, weight training and mobility. Most importantly my goals are to help you feel energized and develop sustainable healthy habits you can take anywhere!
