She helps people see their light and find a positive and sustainable experience with movement and behaviour change.

Through her career Keira has trained and mentored kinesiologists to excel in the field. She has served on the BCAK board of directors and assisted colleges and universities in the development of their curriculum to produce effective practitioners.
Always exploring movement and an adventurer by heart, she has traveled the world rowing competitively, bikepacking and firefighting. As an active mother she’s dabbled in marathons and ultramarathons, fastpacking, cycling, sailing, paddling, kiteboarding and observing human capacity in awe.
