My approach to practice:
Train for what you want to do. For some that may be pain management, gardening or counterbalancing repetitive stress from work. For others that may be competing in a race or sport. Either way, train with purpose.
My specializations or interests in my practice:
Functional Training, so clients can go out and live their best life doing all the things they dream of doing. I truly enjoy working through an injury with a client from rehabilitation to strength training. It is rewarding to see a client get back to function and success. This includes patients that require care through ICBC and WCB programs.
