I founded Symmetry Injury Rehabilitation Ltd. in 2006, a collaborative rehabilitation company that provides Kinesiology and Occupational Therapy services throughout the lower mainland of BC. I received my BSc.Kines from SFU (1999) as well as my Certificate in Health and Fitness (1999). I have also completed Brain Tree Training for working with Brain Injured Clients. I have been providing rehabilitative therapy for the past 20 years, both in clinical settings and as a Community Based Therapist. As a Kinesiologist, I specialize in providing Rehabilitation for Soft Tissue and Orthopaedic Injuries, Brain Injury Recovery (including Community Re-integration and Cognitive Retraining), Chronic Pain, Return to Work Programs, Aquatic Therapy Programs, as well as coordinating Corporate Wellness Programs. I have experience as a Case Manager and have spent numerous volunteer hours providing injury rehabilitation and on field emergency care for varsity athletes and various sports teams.
My passion is working with individuals to help them to regain active and meaningful lives.
