I graduated from The University of Toronto with her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. While at U of T I took interest in injury rehabilitation, exercise psychology and biomechanics
I like to use strength exercises and movement-based approaches to rehabilitate with clients. I believes that in terms of daily movement, quality is better than quantity. I like to strive to help clients with their everyday movement, and seeks to prevent injuries and re-injury. I love to seeing
my clients reach their goals and helping them make new ones.
Growing up on the North Shore, I enjoy being outdoors, skiing, hiking, and swimming.
