The thing I like the most about Kinesiology is knowing I can make a difference in people’s lives every day. Figuring out someone’s needs and customizing a program to get them back to close to their normal life is both important and extremely rewarding. Active Rehabilitation is just not a program,it’s a lifestyle which is sustainable and attainable.
In my free time I would love to play badminton and exploring new hiking trails.
