Corine Travaglini is a Kinesiologist (BCAK) and Exercise Physiologist (ESSA AEP).
Corine graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2011. She is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia, having spent 2011-2019 working in both the public and private sectors in Australia. She recently returned home to Vancouver with over 10 years of experience working in clinical musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease management, falls prevention and workplace injury prevention settings.
Corine has also done further education in movement assessment, breathing techniques, clinical Pilates, and sports nutrition. Her personal passions for health and wellness, balanced living, and motivating people to live a healthy lifestyle are what drove her to pursue a career in exercise physiology and nutrition. She strives to empower people with the tools to manage their injuries, chronic pain, and disease and to facilitate behavior change to function optimally in their everyday lives.
A keen sports enthusiast, Corine loves the great outdoors, hiking, trail running, swimming, free diving, cycling, Pilates and cooking.
