Graduated in 1995 from UBC with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics Degree, Canfitpro personal trainer since January 2016. Professional Golfer from 1997 to 2011. She has a passion for golf, and is the 2021and 2022 Canadian Senior and Mid-Master Women's Champion, 2022 Canadian Women's Mid-Am Champion, 2022 USGA Women's Senior Amateur Champion, 2020, 2021, and 2022 BC Women's Senior Golf Champion, 2016 and 2019 BC Mid-Am and BC Mid-Master Women's Golf Champion. She currently has a mobile Kinesiology business, Dynamic Kinesiology, serving the mid-island area from Nanaimo to Qualicum Beach. She is able to complete sessions in your home or at another location, such as a local gym. She was the primary kinesiologist at CBI Health Centre at the Nanaimo Aquatics Centre from January 2016 to March 2020. Shelly specializes in Golf Specific Exercises and is Titleist Performance Institute Certified to Level 2 Fitness, and Active Rehabilitation, injury rehabilitation and exercise therapy, she is an approved vendor for ICBC. Shelly has experience working with private clients, ICBC clients, golf specific clients, and enjoys helping them recover from their injuries to regain an active lifestyle.
