She is an educated, well trained and experienced kinesiologist who believes in a science-based approach to exercise rehabilitation and fitness with more than 10 years of experience, She also was a professional volleyball player for 12 years, She likes CrossFit, Functional training, Outdoor running, Reading and Rock Climbing. She found her interest in sports from the beginning and went to physical education high school and continued her way to get a master's degree in Exercise Physiology. She enjoys learning more about the human body's kinematics and function to be able to help people overcome their physical injuries and pain. She got admission to Trinity western university and moved to Vancouver in 2017; she decided to build her future in the beautiful city. She loves reading about anatomy, physiology, therapeutic exercise and so on because Knowledge improvement is one of her fundamental goals. She keeps working on her skills and abilities to help her patients even more than before since nothing could make her happier than the patient's smile because of overcoming their pain. She can't get enough of working out and recently started rock climbing too. She also loves spending time with her loved ones. She also would like to continue her education in Physical therapy and open up her own physical rehabilitation clinic in the near future to help more people. "Focus on what you can do, Not what you can't', she believes in.
