I am a 2019 University of the Fraser Valley graduate who focuses on active recovery, injury rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and injury prevention. I also have a history with sport specific training and rehabilitation. I focus on ensuring proper movement patterns in my patients and preparation for return to work and/or normal life.
