Her dedication to health and fitness is noticed by both patients and staff and leads to self-confidence and progress in those she works with.
Beth’s favorite part of working as a kinesiologist is witnessing her clients progress and reach their goals. She believes in encouraging her clients to think of movement and physical activity as a necessary form of medicine!
When Beth is not at the clinic she enjoys working out in the gym herself, spending time outdoors, and having quality time with friends & family.
