Hi!
My name is Martin Daignault and I’ve been practising Kinesiology for the past 10 years. I love every aspect of kinesiology: performance training, active rehabilitation, weight lost, health promotion and teaching how to move safely and effectively.
I have a passion for the human body and this pushed me to further my study in kinesiology with post-graduate courses and eventually to embark on a 5 year journey to study Osteopathic Manual Therapy.
I started my career in performance training for power and endurance athletes. During my first years, I’ve been working with triathletes, runners, speed skaters, football and hockey players, from beginner to pro, to help them becoming fitter for their sports and prevent injuries. Later, I’ve found a passion for active rehabilitation with people recovering from injuries such as car accident, post-surgery procedure and sport injury. Kinesiology has so much to offer and I love to see my clients coming back stronger from a set back. My other expertise is helping people looking to loose weight and changing their health habits. I have help many to achieve their goals because of the personalized intervention I provide, the knowledge and experience that I’ve acquired and mostly with the genuine care I offer to others.
I’m an Osteopathic Manual Therapist which gives me a better understanding of human physiology, biomechanics and anatomy to help my clients. I work well with other health care professionals and I’m always looking to learn and grow in my profession. I thrive to offer the best care possible for my clients.
