I'm a Kootenay girl from Cranbrook B.C., I transferred schools in 2017 to the Okanagan to complete my Bachelor of Human Kinetics at UBCO and found my dedication to an active lifestyle at a young age in individual recreational sports. Snowboarding, track and field, gymnastics (artistic and trampoline), weight lifting, running, biking, hiking, and just moving and grooving took over my free time. I have volunteered at Parkinson Rec Center since December 2018 with the older adult population to support and promote longevity while celebrating capabilities. I have also enjoyed volunteering with individuals who have cognitive and motor impairments through many companies. I am a strong believer in living life purposefully by doing all the things that make an individual happy, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I support the idea that a healthy mind and body will show more progression and success rates over inattentive actions. My genuine drive for supporting people in finding the best version of themselves brings a new light to my goal of being a successful kinesiologist and health and life coach.
