My name is Luke, I previously worked as a student athletic therapist for the University of the Fraser Valley's men's soccer team for 2 years during my undergraduate degree. I have had experience in fields of strength and conditioning as well as personal training. I played competitive sports my whole life, the exposure to injuries that came from playing sports and my desire to help people when they were injured lead me to pursue education in kinesiology. Eventually, that passion for wanting to just help my teammates broadened from sports to everyday life. Treating and helping educate clients as to why and how their injuries occur from sport, work and everything in between is a vital component of what it means to be an effective practitioner.
