There’s a reason people travel from all over to visit the Shuswap—it’s a place people fall in love with. I feel incredibly grateful to call it home and to live, work, and play in such a beautiful region.
My passion for people and movement led me to Kelowna, where I completed my Bachelor of Health Sciences in Human Kinetics at UBC Okanagan. I graduated in 2018 with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology. A strong interest in travel and hands-on learning then took me to East Africa, where I worked in a rehabilitative hospital in Tanzania and gained valuable experience adapting patient-centred care in a resource-limited setting.
Since then, I’ve worked in both acute clinical and long-term care environments, which sparked a deep interest in chronic pain, disease management, and rehabilitation. These experiences have allowed me to work with individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, and I’m passionate about bringing thoughtful, personalized care to clients throughout the Thompson–Okanagan region.
