There is a reason why people come from all over to visit the Shuswap/Okanagan region. It is a holiday destination and I feel so incredibly lucky to be able to call it home. I get to actually live, work and play here! A passion for people and movement was what led me to venture off to Kelowna and complete my Health Science degree in Human Kinetics at UBC-Okanagan. I graduated in 2018 and specialized in Clinical Exercise Physiology. A keen interest in travelling and expanding my practical knowledge led me to East Africa where I learned to adapt new strategies in patient-centred care while working at a rehabilitative hospital in Tanzania. I have also worked in acute clinics and long-term care facilities which led me to take a special interest in chronic pain, disease management, and rehabilitation. My experiences have allowed me to work with a wide range of people, and I am excited to share what I have to offer throughout the Thompson-Okanagan and Cariboo areas.
