Yoshia Burton is the owner of Innovative Fitness Abbotsford (2010–present) and Innovative Fitness Walnut Grove (2017–present), leading a team of 25 kinesiologists in delivering world-class personal training and health-optimization services.
With more than two decades of coaching and performance experience, Yoshia served as Associate Coach for the University of the Fraser Valley Women’s Basketball Team (2003–2019), Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Fraser Valley Bandits (2018–2020), and Founder of the Athlete Performance Academy at Rick Hansen Secondary (2018–2024).
A biomechanical assessment specialist and mental performance coach with the Canadian Sports Psychology Association (2021–present), Yoshia blends deep scientific expertise with high-level coaching experience to help athletes and clients reach their full potential.
He holds an M.Sc., B. Kin, certifications in FMS 1 & 2, NKT 2, TRX, NCCP 2, CPR-C + AED, and a 90-hour Advanced Wilderness First Aid designation.
An avid mountain biker and lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Yoshia lives and breathes health, performance, and personal development.
