Katie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, Honours, in Kinesiology from Queen’s University, and a Rehabilitation Assistant Diploma from Capilano University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP) and a certified Pilates Instructor (mat and apparatus). Through her own training as an elite level athlete Katie has a deep understanding of the physical impacts and treatments required for top performance, injury treatment and prevention.
Katie has supported clients in clinics, strength and conditioning facilities, training centres, pilates studios, in outdoor settings and virtually through remote sessions. She has worked with a wide range of clients of all ages, fitness levels and degrees of mobility. From collegiate, semi-professional and professional level soccer, hockey players, skiers, and snowboarders, individuals rehabilitating from injuries, surgeries, managing chronic conditions to those looking to improve their overall fitness and health.
