OJ graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley, with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, concentrating in Exercise Science. He is well recognized for his extensive volunteer work and leadership in the Fraser valley community. OJ is invested in numerous organized sports, having spent most of his life playing and working with local hockey, baseball, and rugby clubs. He brings a wide range of experience to the team; having experience as a lead trainer with AAA Mission Bantam hockey and lead trainer with the Men’s Div 1 & 2 teams at the Abbotsford Rugby and Football Club. OJ co-lead the “Game On” program as a big brother with B.B.B.S. Additionally, working as a behavior interventionist, specifically alongside children with Autism.
OJ is drawn to Kinesiology for his passion for physical and mental health, interest in sports
injuries, athletic training, and dedication to health and social services. OJ is proud to provide individualized, evidence-based treatment aimed at restoring full function and impacting lifelong quality of movement. In his freetime, OJ enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, snowboarding, playing recreational sports, and walking his two spoiled dogs!
