After completing my Bachelor’s in Biology at the University of British Columbia, I worked as a Personal Trainer for four and a half years. While training, I found his passion for rehabilitation and coaching, so I went back to the University of British Columbia to complete my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. My passion for helping others pushed me to take courses outside of University such as back specialization courses, shoulder rehabilitation courses, knee rehabilitation courses, fascial stretching courses, corrective exercise courses, functional range conditioning and assessment courses, as well as others.
A healthy body leads to a healthy mind and each individual has a unique situation that leads to a healthy body. Each unique situation requires personalized goals, needs, and exercises. l believe that exercise is key, not only for performance, but for injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, and a better quality of life. Whatever your level, my goal is to empower people to enjoy life, no matter what the obstacle.
Away from work, I am always looking for opportunities to learn more about rehabilitation. I also enjoys a good walk, a good hike, a good swim or playing whichever sports are available to me at the time.
