Alina graduated from the Trinity Western University in 2021 with a Honours Bachelors degree in Kinesiology.
As exercise is integral to musculoskeletal rehabilitation and healthy living in general, Alina is passionate about getting patients motivated to move and educating them on techniques that will allow them to stay active and avoid injury. Alina believes that strong communication, listening and empathy are the most important tools she has as a healthcare provider, and she strives to embody these principles within her practice with every client.
When not in the clinic, Alina can be found exploring the local parks, at the gym or reading a good book. She believes laughter and exercise are the best medicine, and you can expect a bit of both whilst working with her.
