Moses (Moises) Vega, MSc, BKin, DOMP, CSCS is a Kinesiologist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Osteopathic Therapist with a combined background in performance training, biomechanics, and manual therapy.
He holds a Master of Science in Strength & Conditioning (MSc) from Middlesex University in London, England; a Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) from the University of British Columbia; a Sports Science Diploma from Douglas College; and a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA.
Moses has experience working in both clinical and high-performance sport settings, including roles as a Student Trainer with the UBC Men’s Hockey Team and the Vancouver Canucks. He integrates strength training, manual osteopathic techniques, exercise prescription, and movement rehabilitation to support clients recovering from injury, improving function, and enhancing long-term physical health.
With over a decade of combined experience as both an athlete and Track & Field coach, Moses also specializes in speed and power development, return-to-sport programming, and athletic performance enhancement.
