Hello!
My name is Randi Thompson. I am a graduate from UBCO with a Bachelor's of Human Kinetics, following the clinical exercise physiology stream. I am a Registered Kinesiologist with Lifemark Health Centre. In addition to becoming a Registered Kinesiologist, I have been a competitive swim coach for 8 years, working with amazing individuals from ages 5 to 70, in both youth and master's programs. I am highly motivated to always be my best self. To me this means I am always learning new techniques to help others around me, trying to be that person who always has a smile on their face and an open mind to new subjects.
