Paige is a Kinesiologist and has been working with Lifemark since May of 2019. She has experience in Occupational Rehab, as well as Quality Assurance and clinical mentorship. She graduated from Western University in 2019 with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a focus in Rehabilitation Sciences. Paige is originally from Ontario, and moved out to BC in September of 2021!
She has taken several professional development courses, including courses on functional testing, soft tissue release, concussion rehab, creation of work hardening and work conditioning programs, mental health first aid, kinesiotaping, and many others. She considers herself to be a lifelong learner, both in and out of her clinical practice.
She enjoys cooking, playing various sports such as soccer and volleyball, participating in outdoor adventures like hiking and kayaking, and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
Paige is a positive, optimistic and encouraging clinician. She uses her energy and sense of humor to help motivate and encourage participation in her exercise and work hardening programs. She loves to use creativity to provide meaningful, interesting, and exciting new exercises and general programming for her patients, and is always looking to improve her practice.
