I am an Athletic Therapist and Kinesiologist with a masters specialty in Performing Arts Medicine. I perform mobile and clinic based services for high performance athletes, production companies, schools, teams and the general public. I have a special interest in working with the hypermobile population and with people with chronic pain.
Some activities that I work consistently with are dance, circus, climbing, gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, parkour, pole, etc.
I also create and deliver educational and practical workshops for both the general public, schools and companies. These are commonly grounded in anatomy, population specific injury patterns and movement based conditioning and preventative care.
