I’m a Kinesiologist passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies and enhance overall well-being, with a focus on the pre- and postnatal phases. I guide clients in building strength, mobility, and confidence through personalized, functional movement programs.
Certified in Kinetic Link Training (KLT), I use a full-body, biomechanically balanced approach that supports both performance and long-term musculoskeletal health. My goal is to help clients move more efficiently, feel empowered in their bodies, and cultivate a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
Outside of work, I enjoy strength training, spending time outdoors, and exploring new ideas in movement, health, and personal growth.
