With a passion for mind-body health, I specialize in helping women reconnect with their bodies and overall well-being, particularly in the pre- and postnatal phases. I’ve been working as a Kinesiologist for over three years, supporting a wide range of patients in their recovery and strength-building journeys. While I love guiding people toward a more active lifestyle, the real transformation happens when movement helps replace self-abandoning habits with self-respect and fosters deeper personal connections.
I am certified in Kinetic Link Training (KLT), a precise and comprehensive functional strength and conditioning system. KLT focuses on biomechanically balanced, full-body resistance training designed to enhance musculoskeletal health and overall physical well-being. By integrating KLT into training programs, I help clients achieve both specific fitness goals and long-term, holistic wellness.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate reader who enjoys soaking up the sun with a romantic novel, often getting lost in its pages for hours. I also love staying active, whether it’s working out at the gym, walking outdoors, or dancing around my living room. I look forward to guiding you in reconnecting with your body and discovering the life-changing power of movement.
