Hi there!
My name is Alora, I am a graduate from the BSc in Kinesiology program of the University of the Fraser Valley. I have a passion for health, wellness and physical activity that ranges from competitive coaching to rehabilitation. I currently work in Aquatic Rehabilitation in the Fraser Valley, as well as clinical rehabilitation, and train/coach in my spare time. I believe that Aquatic Rehabilitation is something that everyone can benefit from as its modalities are widely ranging.
