Madisen is a small-town girl from Williams Lake, B.C., whose passion for movement and helping others has shaped both her career and her lifestyle. Growing up in a tight-knit community, she spent her childhood jumping from practice to practice - dance, soccer, basketball, and more. Developing a deep appreciation for what the human body can achieve.
This passion eventually led her to Victoria, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (Bachelor of sport and fitness leadership - Exercise and Wellness) and became a Registered Kinesiologist. Over the years, Madisen has gained extensive experience in active rehabilitation programs, functional movement, strength and conditioning, concussion therapy, and improving clients’ cardiovascular fitness and VO₂ max. Her approach is equal parts supportive and upbeat — she values long-term health but also believes movement should feel empowering and fun.
Today, Madisen continues to grow her practice and evolve her skillset, driven by a genuine desire to help people feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies again. She takes pride in creating a welcoming space for every client, meeting them where they are, and guiding them forward with education, encouragement, and a little bit of humour along the way.
Outside of work, Madisen is an avid outdoor enthusiast, always exploring—whether biking, hiking, playing soccer, or discovering any recreational activity she can get her hands on.
