As a BCAK Practicing Kinesiologist and Certified Personal Trainer, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives through evidence-based exercise and functional movement. I work with a wide range of individuals, from older adults seeking improved mobility to youth athletes developing strength and coordination, and those managing chronic conditions or recovering from injury.
My approach is rooted in inclusivity, education, and empowerment. Whether in a one-on-one setting or small group class, I prioritize creating a welcoming environment where every client feels seen, supported, and encouraged to reach their goals.
I hold additional certifications in pre and post-natal fitness as well as Parkinson’s-specific programming, and I collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to each individual's needs.
