With a BSc. in Kinesiology and Ergonomics, I am a registered non-practicing Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). Currently, I am an MSc. in Human Factors and Ergonomics (healthcare concentration) Candidate at the University of Derby. My research interests are in human-computer interaction (HCI), medical device usability and design, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design in digital health. Along with graduate school, I work at the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) with the Provincial Digital Solutions, specifically on the Provincial Health Systems team. I am passionate about integrating human-centred design (HCD) in health technology product development and solutions.

I am working towards the Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP®) or User Experience Professional (CUXP®) designation with the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE).
