I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria in 2023. Currently, I’m working with Lifemark in View Royal, where I primarily support clients through return-to-work programs and injury rehabilitation. Previously my experience has been in community rehabilitation and working with diverse populations, including volunteer work with individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other chronic conditions. My approach to kinesiology is grounded in the belief that movement should be both holistic and individualized. my goal is to create personalized, evidence-based programs that empower people to regain function, confidence, and overall well-being through purposeful movement.
