My passion for health and wellbeing began on Vancouver Island, where I grew up playing volleyball, track & field, equestrian sports, figure skating, and various other athletic activities. This passion for sports and fitness naturally progressed into a desire to help others achieve their health goals and become more educated on the topic of wellbeing.
I am committed to guiding my clients toward optimal health and physical function through personalized training and education. I aim to deepen their understanding of health and fitness while supporting them in achieving their personal goals. I look forward to connecting with new clients and meeting them where they are at! I have worked with a variety of populations from older adults, elite athletes, moms, and youths. My history as a competitive runner has helped me gain a deeper understanding of both chronic and acute sports related injuries.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the gym, running, hiking, and attending spin classes. My love for the outdoors and active lifestyle fuels my enthusiasm and passion in my professional endeavours.
