Noah is a dedicated professional who graduated from the University of British Columbia – Okanagan Campus where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Exercise Science.
With specialized training in injury management and rehabilitation, he takes a progressive, client-centered approach to help individuals return to work and the activities they love. As a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), Noah focuses on building strength and resilience throughout the rehabilitation process. His analytical approach to exercise prescription ensures targeted strengthening and conditioning based on the physical demands of both work and leisure.
Growing up as a competitive hockey player in Vernon, Noah experienced firsthand the importance of strength and conditioning for both performance and injury prevention that later fueled his passion for kinesiology. Outside the clinic, he spends most of his time mountain biking throughout British Columbia, often riding the downhill trails at Silver Star in the summer. If you don’t see him on the trails, you might catch him rehabbing his own injuries in the clinic!
Noah thrives on building meaningful, one-on-one connections with his clients, helping them discover exercise programs that fit their lifestyle and personal goals.
