Minji, a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, now works as a kinesiologist and Pilates instructor. With a specialized focus on active rehabilitation and injury prevention, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.

Minji’s qualifications include the completion of a comprehensive 200-hour clinical Pilates certification through Calibrate Pilates, highlighting her dedication to professional excellence. Her expertise in clinical Pilates is integral to our commitment to providing comprehensive care, enabling the creation of tailored, evidence-based rehabilitation programs that address the unique needs of each patient.

Minji has extensive hands-on experience managing a range of conditions, such as musculoskeletal issues, traumatic brain injuries, stroke rehabilitation, and post-MVA recovery. She is distinguished by her emphasis on education, thorough assessment, and building strong patient rapport. This philosophy forms the foundation of her client-centered approach, allowing her to design individualized treatment plans aligned with each patient’s specific goals.
