Embracing the richness of diverse cultural experiences during my formative years shaped my open-mindedness, adaptability, and deep respect for diverse perspectives—qualities that now guide my work as a Registered Kinesiologist. I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and a Diploma in Kinesiology from Langara College, and I’m a proud member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. I bring a well-rounded background in research, rehabilitation, coaching, and community support, with a strong commitment to helping individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their functional and wellness goals.
My treatment approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice, and a belief in the body’s capacity for resilience and adaptation. Inspired by astronaut Chris Hadfield’s mantra, “The more you know, the less you fear,” I embrace every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow. I see human movement not just as a physical act but as a language of empowerment and healing. My practice emphasizes patient education, active collaboration, and tailored programming that supports long-term independence and quality of life.
My passion for improving lives through movement stems from a lifelong love of sports and personal experiences overcoming physical challenges such as scoliosis and tendinopathy. These experiences have shaped my empathy and deepened my commitment to guiding others toward greater mobility, strength, and independence.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy photography, working out, and spending time in nature. I believe in empowering clients through movement, education, and a strengths-based approach to recovery and wellness.
