Sarah De Lucca graduated from the University of British Columbia (UBC), specializing in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences. She is now the owner and head coach at Sweatworking Collective, a women's personal training and small group training studio in Vancouver. Sarah is a passionate about providing inclusive and accessible training that is offered in-person and online.

Sarah is a recreational triathlete who participates in Olympic and Half Iron distances. She also loves traveling and visiting new places in active ways. When Sarah travels, you bet she brings her runners and explores her surroundings while training for her next race! Sarah is passionate about making triathlon more inclusive for womxn athletes, she is currently pursuing NCCP Community Triathlon Coaching certification to further enhance coaching skills and encourage more women to participate in this sport.
