I’m a kinesiologist with a strong focus on helping people move better, feel stronger, and recover faster. My work is built on a mix of science and real-world experience, shaped by my ongoing research into Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and how the body adapts to movement and stress.
Over the years, I’ve earned certifications that allow me to assess movement, correct imbalances, and create programs tailored to each person. I’m especially interested in how flexibility, stability, and control all work together to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
