Alicia Borsoi

Alicia graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2008 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and was a varsity athlete throughout her degree. She has been a Registered Kinesiologist for the past 18 years and a Certified Personal Trainer for 22 years. Alicia has experience in active rehabilitation working with one-one motor vehicle accident ICBC patients. Additionally, she has worked with a variety of high-performance athletes in sports such as football, hockey, volleyball, basketball, soccer, rowing and cycling. Alicia is passionate about helping all clients achieve their rehabilitation and fitness goals. She specializes in core activation, motor pattern development and/or retraining, speed, agility, strength and conditioning. She is also BikeFit Canada Certified bike fitter.

Alicia received the Bobby Steen Legacy Foundation Sport B.C. award which recognizes the dedication and career achievement of an individual in the area of sport, recreation and physical activity working on behalf of women and girls in B.C.

In her spare time Alicia continues to dedicate her life to the pursuit of sport and is involved in coaching the University of the Fraser Valley Rowing Team. She raced for Team Canada in 2024 E-Sport cycling and has raced cyclocross, road, and cross-country mountain bike over the past 15 years.
